    Ryan McKinney talks with NCVC junior cyclists

     

    On Saturday, January 10 at Gold's Gym Ballston, Team Beyer Auto/DC Velo member Ryan McKinney gave a talk to National Capital Velo Club (NCVC) Juniors Racing Program cyclists. Sharing from personal experience, Ryan talked about finding the right balance between cycling and life, nutrition, recovery, and effective ways to train for racing.

     

    NCVC is the largest amateur racing club on the eastern seaboard. Its history boasts former Olympians, National Champions, and local legends. Founded in 1970, NCVC has stood the test of time. The NCVC Juniors program has long been an integral part of the club. The Juniors Team is dedicated to the development of juniors bicycle racing.
